How can I improve this 0 star run of SM64?

Jeez. People are doubting that I can improve this run, and I have confidence. But I can't tell what's going on, because the camera is going crazy pretty much the whole time. I know better POSSIBLE shortcuts, but they're BLJ shortcuts, so I can't do it unless I have TAS, so please tell me how to improve this.
